Victor and Columbia made bikes called Scorchers. The frames were pretty distinctive... Victors was called the Victor Flyer, Here\u2019s one by Columbia on ebay

In the 1890's, before automobiles ruled the roads, bicyclists were referred to as "Scorchers" because of their blazing speed. Your bike has frame geometry from the 1890s(?).
