It's happened twice - Nicolas Frantz won in 1927, then wore the yellow jersey from start to finish in 1928.
In 1935 defending champion Antonin Magne was injured and didn't ride, so no one wore the Yellow Jersey during the first stage. Romain Maes won the stage and wore the jersey from then through the finish:

In 1924 Ottavio Bottecchia won the first stage and wore the jersey from then through the finish.
Others have come very close, taking the jersey on the 2nd stage and wearing it to the finish.
