Subject: [CR]Buying frames and bikes on eBay and ?'s to ask

When Buying frames and bikes on eBay I ask seller the following questions to take the guess work out of what he is selling and to provide a basis for return or partial refund.

1. Any visual damage to frame or fork.

2. Please rate the total bicycle (or frame) 1 to 10 with 10 excellent for its age.

3. And could you rate the paint 1 to 10

4 Guess at miles ridden (Used when seller sates low miles)

5 Any additional photos to send to cnighborat pacbelldot net (not cnighbor@pacbell.net has ebay blocks it sometimes)

I normally get good answers back and when no direct answer to my questions I normally walk away from the listing. Unless photos show item clearly

Just a suggestion
