Subject: [CR]CR list sellers

I was reading several of the various posts today and felt I would just comment lightly on the subject.

First...I have never purchased from Matteo so this isn't related to him in any way.

Ok, now, I don't consider airing bad experiences as "people bashing" if it is done tastefully and just recently have rejoined to read and take part in the CR discussions after I got a bit miffed over an issue a year or so ago. I basically supported someone who had a bad experience by telling my story and then watched myself get flamed on and offlist. I have moved onward since then and have reapproached the list and selling and buying.

Simply put, buyer beware is always the best advice. Tread lightly and watch your dealings. Attempt to follow through to the best of your ability. But simply put, I think a light message to the list sometimes wakes up certain people to pay closer attention, something to the extent of "I recently won an auction, etc and haven't heard from "so in so" and I hope all is well. Has anyone heard if this person is not available or what may be occuring." or something like that without allegations or faulting.

A message like this may prompt more awareness without placing the blame. If the person speaks up and makes a open statement like..sorry i have been busy and I will get on it and eventually pulls through, all is well. BUT if the person never falls through. Remember to avoid. I can't say air it here though for they will always have defenders of even the negligent. But we learn by the grapevine soon enough to deal or not deal with...
