Subject: [CR]Information on Belgian builder Martelly? (and specific bike questions)

Hey all,

A friend of mine recently picked up a very nice Belgian-built track bicycle from small builder Martelly. Sadly, Martelly's website ( http://www.martelly.be) seems to be out of date, and their email address is bouncing so we've been unable to determine any specifics about his bike. The frame is partially chromed, with Columbus track ends, nice "M" pantographing of the lugs and has a Reynolds 531 sticker. No stampings anywhere else on the bike to indicate date of manufacture.

Is anyone familiar with the history of the Martelly brand? Does anyone know of current contact information? And lastly, could anyone with knowledge of Martellys be able to venture a guess as to when this frame might have been built?

Photos are available at http://boxwood.subtle.org/se/gallery/martelly

Thanks!
