This may be a new record for a Campy rear deraillieur, but I'd argue that it may be the ONLY sale for this model! This is appears to be the 1951 version one which has the third adjuster (OK, could be version 2, but certainly not version 3). It also seems to have the original correct pulleys. Of all the rare early 1951 Campy Gran Sports that have shown up on ebay, this is the only one of this variety that I've seen. That means it is probably the most rare.

If anyone wants the rarest of the rare, this is it. And we know the market is "top heavy" for items on the very upper end. I wouldn't be surprised if it went for a bunch more than its current price. Fortunately its way beyond my budget with 3 days to go.
