Nice bike. Did a search on Dogpile. Retrieved this:

Pascoe is mentioned here as well as some other makes. Interesting just for the eclectic list of bike names accumulated by some anonymous person in the San Jose Police Department back in the day.

There's also a Ray Pascoe mentioned as a source for cycle videos. Sorry, but nut much more.
