There is a beautiful Ottusi track on ebay. A stunning frame sold by Stephan at Speedbicycles.com in Switzerland. The listing says it's a 51 c-c frame. But judging from the head tube, I wonder about that. The builder is Mario Ottusi. Anyone know his work. The name is the same as the famous saddle maker (alterer). But the guy I met in the 1960s was named Giuseppe Ottusi. He, too, made beautiful frames that had his name on them in kinda' block lettering. His pista bikes were popular with 6 day riders. There is still a shop in Milano called Ottusi Sports that sells almost everything but bikes. Could Mario be a son or relative of Giuseppe?? Steven Maasland??
