Try McComick paints if one is nearby. They have a very hard very rust resistant enamel, and in my experience can match perfectly by eye. It was only about $4 a pint including matching some 8 years ago. They matched a really difficult beige on my very old Buick perfectly. I had trouble findig the ends of my touchup after application.
