I do think ever so positively about the wonderful friends met here on this CR e-list... Some of you have become my very best friends. A special thanks to all the contributors on this e-list from whom I have learned so much. Thanks a million times over.
I do urge all those silent readers to at least occasionally add their viewpoints or opinions to the mix. We really would like to hear from you!
Here at cycles de ORO Bike Shop we just finished our Christmas Eve business day and I am buoyed by the customers I helped, the mutual affection we experienced and that makes me optimistic that a somewhat anachronistic entity like a small bike shop might just survive the onslaught of the big and impersonal world of retailing that surrounds us... This Classic Rendezvous list is a wonderful way to continue and expand my 36 years of love affair with bicycles and cyclists!
