i would buy the same size as the road bike if you feel you can ride comfy in the drops, if the drops are too low you will get winded easily.

i was going to find a post on some forums talking all about sizing that this guy made. but i failed. i did find this though. http://www.serotta.com/forum/showpost.php?p=445280&postcount=92
