I bought a crashed Bianchi for its parts. I'm looking for suggestions on getting the stem out. The bolt and wedge are both out of the steer tube and the stem can be turned but it won't come out. I've tried using a drift to drive it out from the bottom but not much happens. I suppose the steer tube may have been bent in the crash and that's why it's so stuck. (Interesting damage; the fork legs are only slightly bent but the down tube has a pronounced crease under the shifters.)
