Not completely clear from the pictures but late-1960s most likely (see Peter Kohler's '69 PX10 on Wooljersey http://www.wooljersey.com/gallery/Peter-Kohler-Cycle-Collection/Peugeot-PX10-1969/?g2_page=2). Components all look right - again from what can be seen - apart from that awful plush saddle (Brooks Pro or something comparable would be right). Looks in very good condition.
