I posted about this bike a few weeks (maybe months) ago trying to get it
identified. Here are the pictures again:

Well when I finally got around to taking it out to the track last week, the original owner was there, recognized the bike and told me it was in fact a 'Porter'. He couldn't remember anything about the bike (just another bike in a long line of bikes as far as he was concerned) other than the fact that it was a pale blue colour. He also told me he was the one who painted it the colour it is now. Nice one!
Now as far as I know, there are only two possible builders - Dave Porter in NM and Hugh Porter, but I emailed Dave Porter and he said it wasn't his. So Hugh Porter it is?
Can anyone give me any more info based on the pictures and the serial number (93680)? Someone has told me that they've only ever seen Hugh Porters in red. Is pale blue a possibility too? I suppose sourcing a headbadge is out of the question.
