Have had similar issues with the many Laberts I have had in the past. I was able to secure the right bearings but not so lucky with the spindle. I found one that fit but then it was too long. This is a very difficult bike to bring back from the dead due to its many proprietary parts. I finally sold or gave away a bunch of the stuff and bought a complete gold/grey model.
