For somebody into French cyclotouring bikes this seems like quite an interesting nugget.

I have a bike very like this one, from Stella, probably the same vintage, probably exactly the same parts and set-up. These integrated rando bikes from the 50s/60s appear to have been mid-line-type products, but are quite elaborate in the parts and build. frame tubing on mine is probably fairly heavy, but it has things like the flat-rail saddle and matching post, purpose-made and painted racks front-and-rear and matching fenders. I'm thinking almost none of these things ended up in the US..they were all for regional consumption.

Very interesting bikes in any case. Mine weighs a ton, but rides like an ocean-liner in calm seas. Very pleasant.
