Subject: [CR]Interesting Freewheel Discovery

The notch shoulders on the freewheel on my Hirendelle, peeled off when I tried to remove it from the hub. This is always sad ... but unavoidable.

Once disassembled I was surprised to find that the cogs were not screwed onto an outer freewheel body. Instead, the three cogs also functioned as an outer body.

The inner (largest) cog had the ratchet teeth (or steps), as well as a bearing race built in. The middle cog had the bearing race surface built in.

If anybody knows who made this thing, please let me know. I'd like to find a replacement freewheel body or freewheel.
