This appears to be a good evaluation of the facts surrounding the Moser-De Rosa relationship. It would be very unlikely (but not impossible) that this De Rosa decorated bike was in some way connected with Moser-sort of like finding a Babe Ruth Dodger's uniform. However, if Moser can be found, and acknowleges the bike as having been his, it would be a very interesting curiousity indeed. In any case, it seems to be a nice 1983/4 De Rosa track bike, and as such, speaks for itself.
