No, not the Better Business Bureau. :-)

Recently, I was in Bisbee Arizona. I thought to myself: 'self, you should look for Ken Wallace's place.'

So I did, and it was pretty easy to find the Bisbee Bicycle Brothel. Up the hill a couple blocks from Main Street, just past and across from the oldest Bar in Arizona. My s.o. and I were standing across the street from the shop, after looking in the windows for a few minutes, when this hip-looking dude that looks like Ken saunters up the street. Hey, it is Ken! We then received a great, improptu tour of just about every inch of the jam-packed shop, and a tour of the larger space just down the street that Ken is fixing up and will move into soon.

As many of you know, Ken has a lot of really interesting vintage lightweights and perhaps even more interesting ephemera, so the new location will, I'm pretty sure, be fabulous. A café with free coffee, etc. is planned, and the space is probably double what he has currently.

See a little bit of the current location at http://www.bisbeebicyclebrothel.com - the address is 63-B Brewery Avenue, fwiw.

Now I have a semi-legitimate excuse to return to Bisbee, which is a really funky and cool high-desert mining / old-school-hip town in southern Arizona, near the Mexican border. Cool!

Thanks Ken!
