Those pedals would be Sheffield 613's. I guess they could be standard Equip. on a Bianchi that old. That is what was on my 58 Rickert track bike. Kevin usaually there is stamped name on top of the outside spindle cover. Yours could be worn off because the stamping was not deep. Do you need a pic for your file.
