Subject: [CR]Help! UPS bent my Cinelli

I received my 1974 Cinelli SC today and much to my chagrin UPS has bent the drive side drop-out. Here's a picture:

Any advice from frame builders or other experts are welcome. It looks like just the lower tang of the drop is bent inward and upward. Thus, it would have to be bent outward and spread as well. Can I just use a Crescent wrench and bend it back and then try to spread it with something akin to a mini scissors jack?. Actually, I'm scared to death to attempt it as the bike is in really nice original shape and I DO NOT WANT A REPAINT if I somehow broke off the tang. I think I should just send it off and let someone more skilled and experienced than myself to execute the repair. Plus, they could check the alignment as well. Any recommendations?
