Need a Cinelli 1A stem front nut & bolt for an early 80's BMZ project bike.

I'm also looking for Lime green handlebar tape and/or toe straps. Do these even exist? Has anyone ever tried dyeing white cloth or cork tape/leather straps with RIT dyes? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
