It looks like my Centurion/Cinelli with a few differences: My brake bridge is different style, my bottom bracket doesn't have the four cutouts, and the taper on the seat stay caps on mine is shorter. But stylistically the same. I'd vote for Centurion/Cinelli frame.

The paint scheme doesn't turn my crank.
