I think this guy bought out a distributor's stock.

He has been selling this same Legnano model for a couple of years now,

one or two bikes at a time. Usually the same as this one, with fenders, lights, etc.,

in various colors. The number he has now sold I think is too many for just buying a retailer's stock.

He offers some other interesting bike as well, often stuff a bit out of the mainstream for

Western Europe or America. Anyone actually bought from this seller?

The person did a great job of photographing and marketing their NOS bike. (no relation to seller). "I am unwrapping the factory wrapping paper." Nice touch. http://tinyurl.com/5ts4zq It is really not a bad price for a nice new(NOS) bike either. You could do a lot worse at your LSB. I like the gummy fresh Pirelli tires. --Chris Collins --Berkeley, CA _______________________________________________ Classicrendezvous mailing list Classicrendezvous(AT)bikelist.org http://www.bikelist.org/mailman/listinfo/classicrendezvous
