I have some that were made by Jevelot not too long ago. Not still available? Hugh Enochs was/is Jevelot. Used to be a list member or maybe still is. Hugh, are you out there? Are tire savers still made? They would certainly be easy enough to make yourself from bent spoke wire and small plastic tubing. I have them on several of my sewup equipped bikes as I hate puncturing these expen$ive Veloflex Criteriums. They don't add any drag by the way. You just set them so they just lightly skim or even miss the tire. They are to catch anything that might otherwise worm its way into the tread. Kevlar belts certainly add more drag, and don't ride nearly as nice.
