My Cinelli came from Kopp's approx 1969...still has the Kopp's sticker on the seat post. When I contacted Charlie Kuhn he stated that: " The old sales records are gone or inaccessible". Anybody in the Princeton area care to investigate further?

Re headbadges, the early badges were silver plated brass so if a bike was lightly used ( not likely ) the badge could appear silver. Later badges were aluminum.
