For their Pista models Cinelli used a variety of fork crowns - the head lugs are definitely of the correct pattern for pre-1960 or thereabouts Cinellis. 1950s Cinellis were extremely variable in their details and I have never seen the Pista model with a fully sloping fork crown. Details like the rear dropouts did vary widely in these days at Cinelli and the slot in the BB shell may well have been added later ... I have seen fork crowns of this type on 50s Cinellis...
