Had WAY too many posts today, so I've withheld this one until it became tomorrow (EST, DST) :)

Thanks to all that responded, both on and off list. The lever has been identified as Weinmann, likely supplied with Carrera model side pulls, and possibly later in the run, in the 1980s, as per the inclusion of a cable slot through the upper body, making cable installation easier. Someone mentioned that there were at least two versions that look very similar to this one, and links were supplied (one of them, copied below).

Now that I know what they are, I know that I don't really have a use for them. Cleaned up well, so they are being placed on Ebay (among several other vintage parts) and with a cheap $15 start bid, for anyone interested. My Ebay ID is: torpado1

Thanks again to all!

Weinmann - looks like from the early/mid-80's higher-end Campy-inspired sidepull model.

The Peugeot and LaRedoute pro teams used them. The drilling pattern on the blade is the tip-off.

I would guess WEINMANN. Their more modern "Carrera" model brake levers of the early 1980s used a contoured alloy body similar in shape to Campagnolo. Shown here is an example on the cover of a 1981 Weinmann catalogue. Notice the drilling pattern:

Dia-Compe's "Grand Compe" levers of the mid 1980s had similar body styles too, although the drilling patterns I've seen differed from those on your lever blade.
