Schwinn single piece cranksets were made by Ashtabula (RIP) and were 28t. So they were non standard (standard would be what everyone else used) We sold Ashtabula and only sold the 24t variety .I left the business in 1980 so only can testify up to that date. So the threaded cones would not interchange but the cups should. I remember the bearing sets as either #64 or #66 so good luck on that one I am confused about the Lambert brake question as I remember the levers being Weinmann knock offs.
