This past summer I happened along a Mark DiNucci built Strawberry, probably built around 1974. The attention to detail is amazing as well as the filing of the lugs, tanges and such. It is simply understated elegance. In my search to find out more about Mark and the frames that he built I came across this page with photos of Merz built by Mark in 1976 that is as close to perfect as one might find. Many of the touches and lug work are like the one I have, however there are differences mainly in the seat lug which on mine seems almost sculpted and the seat stay caps are concaved, not flat.
