That's how I remember them. I half remember Mark Ledford's Merz (I was told it was #3) being a fastback, but every other I can recall had perfect crisp flat caps. I think all the Strawberry's with quarter wrap stays had fluted caps.

Jim (Merz) told us last weekend that he has all his build sheets, I was told Andy (Newlands, Strawberry) has his too. Seems easiest just to ask them.........................
