Subject: [CR]Possibly Italian frame ID help needed

My friend Nigel Land has recently been given a frame which has no marque ID, but which he believes may be of Italian origins. Pictures are available at:

http://www.photobox.co.uk/album/75662258

The features of the frame which may help are that under the bb is stamped 62 63 (yes, a gap) adjacent to the right hand side and very neatly done. On the left hand side are the letters DC. The most distinctive feature is a reinforcing 'spear' inside each fork leg. The seat pin and bar stem are stuck at present so no double checking with the steerer tube until they are freed. The seat pin measures at 27.2 and the frame does have a very light feel. The other feature is that the chainstays have a distinct peak at the bottom - like they were folded. Brake leversare Campagnolo, and the bottom bracket is Italian thread.

Any help identifying this frame, and a possible source for transfers, will be greatly appreciated.
