I got this book for a friend and just scanned it briefly, but i think the text picks up about 6 pgs. later. I agree w/ Jan that attribution is, even when not a legal requirement, a simple act of decency. The Campy book is a big disappointment, puffy, obsequious and formless. I'm sorry i paid retail for it.
