"Dang, there was more I wanted to ask about. If you check this photo: http://www.wooljersey.com/gallery/NITROBOBs-GARAGE/assorted+projects/MAFAC/

and this one: http://www.velobase.com/ViewSingleTool.aspx?ID=040A16AE-76B1-451D-B94D-6DB17995CB13&AbsPos=102

there are tools in these kits that I don't have of course, but I have versions of tools that are not in either of these photos.

Finally, I see that Bicycle Classics has the REG tool kit, purportedly just like the Mafac one. What is in the REG tool kit? Anyone know of photos? Thanks much,"

hi Rob,

the '74 Cyclo-Pedia catalog has illustrations of both tool kits, and they look fairly complete:

the Mafac kit is shown on page 51: http://bulgier.net/pics/bike/Catalogs/cyclo-pedia-74/p51%20Lyotard%20pedals.jpg

and the Reg kit is shown on page 55: http://bulgier.net/pics/bike/Catalogs/cyclo-pedia-74/p55%20accessories%204.jpg

I always thought the Mafac kit looked pretty neat, but never enough to actually buy one. The trusty 6" crescent wrench served most of my needs in those days.
