Here's a recent ebay folly of mine:

It's a TIG welded (I believe) steel frame that looks to me to be of somewhat ok heritage (the top tube braze ons, a rear derailleur hanger, two sets of water bottle braze ons etc.) The fork looks to be distinctive, hence the question:
Does anyone know what this could be?
I don't really believe there was a Schwinn Rosebud ( I couldn't find a reference) so ...?
