I was in Montreal for the Worlds in 1974 (and I'm looking right now at a photo of Merckx that I took there) and while I haven't seen the photo PouPou finished second to Merckx and rode a Mercier. Phil Brown Getting out the old slides for evidence in Berkeley, Calif.
