Chrome cups are English threaded 24 tpi. Includes Ch rome lock-ring, bearings , and crank arm bolts / washers. The cups are the vintage polished chrome type with 2 deco lines on the fixed side and rounded face lock-ring. I'm dating this around '71 but this is just a guess.
