I would think thats fairly easy.
Like a garterbelt only outside.
He's got knee/calf warmers and the buttons hold them in place.
Better than elastic that's too tight around the leg cutting off circulation.
Freer leg movement and more comfy for cycling in transitional weather than
long pants.
