We recently received Harry Quinn s/n Q3044 in for some touch-up work. (It is vintage late '60s/early '70s by the looks of it, as it has the 1060 Corsa rear dropouts.) Its bottom bracket had to come out, but it was rather reluctant to. I figured it was just rusty, but upon closer inspection, I discovered that the threads in the shell are backwards: English, but the drive side is RH thread and the non-drive is LH thread. Came out easier once I began turning the cups in the (in-)correct direction.
