Subject: Re: [CR] Securing Bar Tape

I've been wrapping my bars "top down" for over 60 years. Still works for me. Last Friday I wrapped (topdown) the new bars on my Steelman track bike (the one for which I had Brent build a road race fork) and then I took it out and rode it 12 miles in an hour without breaking a sweat. Not bad for a one-eyed, arthritic, 75-year-old man who was attacked on a ride last month by an Australian Cattle Dog named Izzy.
