Hey folks,

question; might it be possible to fit a normal seatpost which has fore- and aft allen screws with much longer stainless allen screws, so that the high I-beam rails of an Ideale 90 would fit? Has anyone ever tried this?

If that should work, you could use something like the Velo Orange Grand Cru Seat Post to get 30.2mm setback. They're only made in 27.2, but it shouldn't be a problem to sand them down, if necessary. More at:
