I need to grow several inches if I am to have a chance or riding this magni ficent machine! Wasn't it Jan who dubbed it the bike of the century, wherea s I had only christened it My  Best Bike of 2009!

Now at Nathan's asking price this machine has to be a real bargain  - the Best Bargain of 2009 I'd say -- you'd be getting at the very least Herse a nd Singer quality for a fraction of their asking price. No in fact, I will remain true to my original judgement of this frame..it's more unique than a Singer or a Herse as most of these look as similar as  peas out of a pod ...and I would venture to suggest that it's construction is every bit as goo d as it's Parisien cousins'.

Just looking at the Phillipe's seat lug cluster and bottom bracket shell... not even to mention those  elegant reinforement ferrules on the head tube ....makes me feel weak at the knees...
