Subject: [CR] Ebay Masi Shift boss theory

Hi all,

Generally speaking, I try to be a reader rather than a writer, but I had a theory on the shift bosses on the little masi on ebay.

I don't think those are necessarily mounted to the frame. I think those might just be the back sides of a shimano shifter stuck to the boss. I have taken pictures of a couple of the little shimano doodads and posted them on my photobucket account. You can also see a down tube shifter boss with one of the little plates on it. It looks a lot lilke the masi on ebay to me. If that is the case, they should come off with a little solvent and finesse. Not s a screw driver.
