I have an approximate 2002 Colnago MasterLight that is lugged steel. I understand that the lugged-steel Colnagos were discontinued the following year, but heard they have been reintroduced due to popular demand. I really do like the ride of this bike (but perhaps a bit too pretty). After breaking one aluminum Bianchi (head tube) and one carbon fiber Bianchi (bottom bracket shell), I would not be too interested in spending any hard-earned cash on anything other than steel ever again.
