from what (little) i know of serotta:

csi is top-o-the-line steel frame, goofy tapered tubes, special lugs and all.

the colorado is the csi before it was called a csi. the goofy tapered tubes were called 'colorado concept' or some such.

an atlanta is a lower-line lugged steel model, apparently available at times w/custom options and at other times only stock and iirc round tubes and standard lugs.
