Are those fenders from eBay seller andreasg1955 in Cyprus?

I bought a set of those last year and the screws don't seem to fit any dropouts I have, new or old. I checked with a die and a thread gauge and the thread appears to be 10-24. Just check what the thread is in your eyelets with any other screws you have handy and get the appropriate stainless screws at the hardware store.

I believe the wingnuts would have originally been supplied with these type of fenders so they could be quickly and easily removed without tools after riding your bike to a time trial venue.
