Very interesting bike. I hope Jim chimes in on this one. I can't recall ever seeing one quite like this one before. I do remember that during this era, I felt that Specialized was probably offering one of the best-value-for-the-money lugged frames on the market. I've owned several, and they are well designed, quality constructed, nicely finished and good riding bikes.
