Some of the lettering is scratched on the lower frame and the chrome lugs have some pitting but otherwise probly just needs tires chain and adjusted or would make nice fixed gear. I will take some photos when the snow is over and will put bike on ebay but thought I would try to sell it local first."

I have no connections with this bike; it is just fyi. I'm not planning any trips to Baltimore, but it showed up on the DC list. But, I hope that someone will save this bike from "would make nice fixed gear." Sounds like blackmail to me. :-(
Of course, I do like Hetchins, but not enough to go look at one that doesn't fit me. Besides, I have my quota (1) of these critters.
Your mileage may vary, we have ~6" (15 cm) of snow today, with pretty good winds, too.
