Last fall I purchased a beautiful Eisentraut. I took it out for my first ride on it today (low 40s, but partially sunny here in Vermont today, so seemed like perfect spring riding weather for Vermont!).

Sorry for the poor photos. After I rebuild it, I'll take some good ones!

I've searched the archives but can't find the answers I seek.

First, the serial number on my bike is "E200174". I understand the last two digits mean it was made in 1974. Does anyone know what the other digits mean?

Second, the bottom bracket has the letters "KM" cut out.
