This is not the entire tool. It came with a matching socket for the puller and crank bolt (both are 16 mm) and a T-handle. The back side of the socket has teeth to remove dust caps. I found one in my toolbox. I probably bought it 40 years ago from Cyclopedia. It's weird, because I don't remember owning Stronglight cranks.
